Twenty Verses in 2023

Happy Girl

This year Seeds Family Worship wants to help make it easy for your family to memorize Scripture verses together. Imagine being able to look back at the end of 2023 having memorized twenty verses together. That’s a big accomplishment!

For ten of the twelve months of 2023, we’ll feature two verses each month on our blog. Each week you’ll get articles and devotions to help your family engage with these verses around the dinner table. You’ll also get links to the songs and videos for free.

We’ve built playlists on major streaming services (Apple Music, Spotify, etc) to make it easy for you to play the songs regularly. Although not all of the songs are released yet, we’ll be adding them to the playlist as they come out. These twenty verses will be a mix of brand new songs (I Believe Album launches in March  and songs you already know and love.

Here’s how we’ve designed our 20-in-2023 initiative to help make it easy for your family to memorize Scripture. Simply listen to the playlists when you can, and read the devotions during dinner (either at the table or in the car). Let the songs play in the car, or as you prepare dinner, or when getting ready for school - once a day let the songs play in the background. Our songs are made for kids and enjoyed by all and over time you’ll find that the entire family will have memorized twenty verses effortlessly.

Playing songs and reading devotions turns something difficult into something effortless and a great way for the family to connect around God’s word. We’re praying 20-in-2023 helps launch your family into a new decade with God’s word planted in your heart. Join the 20-in-2023 movement today and watch what God does in your family this year!
