This month’s Seeds Family Worship Box contains the ESV Following Jesus Bible and The New City Catechism from Crossway publishers. The Following Jesus Bible will help young hearts see the big story of Jesus as they discover the truth in God’s Word. The New City Catechism is a resource to help your family talk about and memorize core principles of faith in a question and answer format.
We also have a VBS DVD for your family to enjoy and one for your family to give as a gift to your Children’s Ministry at your local church. Finally, we have partnered with Osana Mosquito Repellent Soap to help your family get outside, and to help other families around the world fight against mosquito-borne illnesses.

Throughout the history of the church, Christians have used catechisms—collections of questions and answers designed for memorization and recitation—to teach the core doctrines of the faith. The New City Catechism is a modern-day resource aimed at reintroducing this an- cient method of teaching to Christians today.
This short book lays out 52 questions and answers relat- ed to God, human nature, sin, Christ, the Holy Spirit, and more. This resource can be used as part of your family devotions or around meal times, and can be memorized together as a family over the course of this summer, or over an entire year.
